Maxitec management would like to reassure you that in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the safety and health of our community, including our customers and staff, is our primary focus right now.We are taking all the necessary steps to ensure that we remain operational and will be implementing measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The most important measures, that may have a direct impact on customers, are:
NO DIRECT CONTACT
Our offices are open however each person is required to wear a mask on the premises.
HELPDESK
Customers are requested to email any queries and support requests to : support(at)maxitec.co.za. We will have limited telephonic support from 9h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday. We ask that you use email channels where possible. By limiting telephone support, we enable our customer services team to work remotely and get through more support tickets and emails.
BANDWIDTH
We have noted an increase in bandwidth usage across our network and have increased our capacity to ensure that network speeds remain optimal. Note our acceptable use policy at https://www.maxitec.co.za/information/legal/acceptable-use-policy/ which is required to enable those working from home.
UPDATES
We will post updates to our website and to our Facebook page.
These temporary measures will ensure that our customer services team runs as efficiently as possible while we adapt to deal with COVID-19.
